																	2 cups cup4cup gf flour. 
																	Ingredients 1 tablespoon coconut oil for greasing the dish about 6 rhubarb sticks chopped in 1 2 inch pieces or more to fully cover the bottom of the dish 4 tablespoons chestnut flour 4 tablespoons tigernut flour 1 tablespoon coconut flour 2 tablespoons shredded coconut 3 4 teaspoon baking.

																	Preheat the oven to 350 f. 
																	Mix the brown sugar and the cinnamon together and sprinkle over top of the cake batter.

																	And the best part is you don t have to worry about frosting this cake. 
																	1 cup brown sugar. 
																	In a large bowl stir together 1 1 4 cups sugar baking soda salt and 2 cups flour.

																	One by one peel the thick outer layer off of the rhubarb stalks and then place them back in the pan. 
																	In a medium bowl whisk egg yolks with lemon zest cardamon and c sugar until creamy and sugar has dissolved. 
																	Fit parchment to line the bottom of a 9 inch spring form cake pan. 
																	Instructions pre heat oven to 375 f over medium heat melt butter into a well seasoned 9 10 inch cast iron skillet and brush the sides with it.

																	2 1 2 cups of finely chopped rhubarb or 2 cups of stewed rhubarb i like to chop up rhubarb and add it to a medium pot with about 1 2 cup water.
